I’ve been working as a Client Service Manager for the past year, after spending just over a year in the Australian financial planning industry before moving into mortgages. I enjoy connecting with clients, keeping things simple, and making sure the process feels smooth and stress‑free. Outside of work, I’m usually on the hunt for the perfect matcha while cafe hopping or tucked away journaling and reading in a cozy spot.
Operations Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in finance, Carla brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a genuine passion for people and a strong record of building lasting relationships. She spent much of her career as a Business Development Manager, where her dedication and results earned her BDM awards and finalist recognition over the past 10 years.
Over the last five years, Carla has been transitioning into the role of Head of Operations, bringing her client-focused experience to the day-to-day running of the business. She enjoys finding ways to make things work better for both the team and clients, and is committed to helping the business continue to grow.
Outside work, Carla loves to travel and is always keen to discover somewhere new. A self-confessed foodie, she’s happiest discovering a great local spot, sampling something new or sharing a memorable meal with friends and family.
